Draft — have a lawyer review before public launch.
This page is written for BatchOrbit as it is being built. It will change before anyone outside the beta can rely on it.
Delete your data
Last updated 23 October 2026
Three ways, depending on what you want gone
Pick whichever fits. Disconnecting is instant for the credentials; everything else is removed from our systems within 30 days. None of these routes removes Reels from your Facebook Page — those are yours to delete there.
1. Disconnect one platform
In BatchOrbit, open Connections and disconnect the account. That withdraws the access behind it at once — the credential is the vendor's, so we ask them to revoke it — and we can no longer read from it or publish with it. The videos and statistics we had pulled from it are deleted within 30 days. Any Reel already published stays on your Page.
2. Close your BatchOrbit account
In Settings, choose "Delete account" and confirm. We delete your workspace, connections, uploaded and fetched video files, schedules, publications and eligibility answers. We keep only what the law requires us to keep — for example a payment confirmation — and only for as long as it requires it. Your plan ends at that point and is not renewed.
Reels published to your Facebook Page are not touched. Delete them from your Page if you want them gone.
3. Ask us to delete your data
If you would rather ask us directly, use the form below or write to support@batchorbit.com from the address on your account. Tell us which platform connections and files you want removed. We confirm receipt, delete within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.
Revoking access from the platform side
You can also revoke access without telling us, from the third-party connections section of your TikTok, Google or Facebook account settings. BatchOrbit connects to those platforms through Post for Me, so what you revoke there is Post for Me's access to the account — not a credential we hold, because we hold none. The vendor tells us the moment that happens, and the connection stops syncing right away.
On Facebook, a "delete my data" request sent from your account settings goes to the app you authorized — in the beta, Post for Me's app rather than ours. To be certain a request reaches us, use the form on this page or email us; that is the route we answer directly, whatever else has been revoked.
