Draft — have a lawyer review before public launch.

This page is written for BatchOrbit as it is being built. It will change before anyone outside the beta can rely on it.

Terms of Service

Last updated 23 October 2026

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and BatchOrbit. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting them for an organisation, you confirm you can bind that organisation.

BatchOrbit is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Meta, TikTok or Google.

2. Who may use BatchOrbit

You must be at least 18 years old, and you must be legally able to enter this agreement where you live. One account belongs to one creator: a workspace and the Page it publishes to belong together, and publishing someone else's content to their Page is not something the service supports.

3. What BatchOrbit does — and does not do

BatchOrbit reads the videos and statistics of the accounts you connect, builds a schedule of Reels across each 30-day bonus period, publishes them to the Facebook Page you connect, and verifies that each one is public and is a Reel.

It does not apply to Facebook Creator Fast Track, does not decide who is accepted, and cannot guarantee any bonus. Facebook sets the requirements, reviews each Reel, tracks your progress and pays any bonus. If you are not accepted, that is Facebook's decision and not a fault in BatchOrbit.

BatchOrbit publishes only to a Page you have authorised. It cannot post to a Page you do not control, and it will refuse a publish if the video, the workflow and the destination Page do not all belong to the same account.

4. Your content stays yours

You keep every right you already had in the videos you publish. You confirm that you own the content or hold the rights needed to re-publish it, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the terms of the platform it came from.

You give BatchOrbit a limited licence to store the files you upload, copy them to the Facebook Page you connect, and publish them as Reels, for as long as your account is open. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account. It is not a licence to use your content anywhere else, and we do not train anything on it.

5. Plans and payment

Draft, pending legal review. This section describes how plans and payment work today; the wording is being reviewed by a lawyer before public launch, and it may change.

Free is free forever and needs no card. It includes up to 10 published Reels across 5 posting days, once per source account (the TikTok, YouTube or Instagram account your videos come from) and once per Facebook Page — a lifetime allowance, not a monthly one, and it does not renew.

Autopilot is billed through Stripe at one price per 30-day bonus period, counted from your program start date rather than from a calendar month. You pay only for the bonus periods you have left, at most three, and billing ends with your third period. A period that can no longer reach 10 posting days with five days to spare is not charged. There is no package and no annual plan. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings: cancelling stops the next period being charged, and Reels already published on your Page stay there. We do not refund a period you have already paid for. Prices are on the pricing page.

During the beta, paid plans are not open for self-service checkout. Beta testers start on Free and the BatchOrbit team upgrades them. We will tell you before a plan's price changes, and never charge a price you have not agreed to.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BatchOrbit to:

  • publish content you do not own or have the right to re-publish;
  • publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or hateful content, or content that breaks a platform's rules;
  • scrape, crawl or reverse-engineer BatchOrbit, or interfere with other people's use of it;
  • attempt to publish to a Page you are not authorised to post to, or to reach another creator's data;
  • resell the service, or share one account between creators.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe content published through BatchOrbit infringes your copyright, email support@batchorbit.com with the work, the content and where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised. We act on valid notices, including by closing the account of a repeat infringer.

8. Availability

We aim to keep BatchOrbit running and to publish on schedule, but the service is provided as-is. Facebook, TikTok and Google can change their APIs, limits and rules at any time, which can affect what we can do; we will tell you if that happens rather than quietly dropping posts. Files, schedules and Reels you have already published are not deleted if a platform makes a change.

9. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 6, that infringes someone's rights, or that a platform requires us to act on. Where we can, we will tell you why first. Closing an account ends your plan; see our data deletion page for what happens to your data.

10. Disclaimer

BatchOrbit is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Facebook will accept, count or pay for any Reel.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, BatchOrbit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost bonus payments. Our total liability is limited to the price of one bonus period you have paid for, or nothing if you have not paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your right to the plan you paid for.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify BatchOrbit against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from content you publish through the service or from your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in California. If you are a consumer in the UK or Australia, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of where you live.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we will update the date above and tell you by email before a change takes effect. Continuing to use BatchOrbit after that means you accept the new terms. Write to us at support@batchorbit.com.
